As we are hiring for the international process you will be able to answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; Emails, chat.
Respond to customer queries with information about products and services.
Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives, such as name, address, demographic and financial information.
Provide services or make sales directly to customers via the telephone or through email and instant messaging communications.
Maintain detailed records of contacts.
Keep records of customer interaction ,details of enquiry , complaints and comments as well action taken
University/college degree is an asset.
Previous customer service experience, especially in particular industry, preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle demanding customers with patience and professionalism
